This policy explains how ZYROAI LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("ZyroAI", "we") handles information on zyroai.com. We have written it to reflect what this website actually does.

- Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us (sales@zyroai.com, support@zyroai.com, careers@zyroai.com), we receive what you choose to share. Typically your name, work email, phone number, organisation and message. Submitting the form sends those details to our own server in India, which records them and emails them to our team so we can reply. We keep the record until the enquiry is closed and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we do not pass it to any third-party form or marketing service. If the form cannot reach our server it falls back to opening a draft in your own mail app instead.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our web server records standard access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations.
What we do not do
- We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or third-party marketing cookies on this website.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not run ads.
Third-party requests
Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser fetches those files, Google receives your IP address and standard request data under Google's privacy policy.
How we use information
To respond to your enquiries, evaluate job applications, operate and secure the website, and meet legal obligations. We keep correspondence as long as needed for these purposes.
